3. Third-Party Services and API Terms
Vinylfo integrates with external services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:
- Discogs: When connecting your Discogs account, you agree to Discogs' terms of service and privacy policy.
- YouTube: When using Vinylfo's YouTube integration features, including the video feed, album art display, and track information features accessed through OBS or other interfaces, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Vinylfo's use of YouTube API services is subject to Google's API Terms of Service.
- Music APIs: Vinylfo may query MusicBrainz, Wikipedia, Last.fm, and YouTube. Your use of these services through Vinylfo is subject to their terms.
- GitHub: Issue reporting and discussions are governed by GitHub's terms of service.
4. User Responsibilities
When using Vinylfo, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the terms of service of integrated third-party services
- Maintain the security of your local installation
